What’s Covered

We’ll review and assist with refunds or replacements if:

  • You receive the wrong design, size, or quantity

  • Your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment (for U.S. orders)

To start a claim, please include your order number and photos showing the issue and packaging condition.


Damages & Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot process returns or refunds for:
