Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Processing times may vary during peak seasons such as holidays or major sales events. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Estimated Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States.
Typical delivery times range between 7–12 business days once your order has been dispatched.
For example, orders placed in late October are estimated to arrive between October 31 and November 6. Please note that this is an example window, and delivery times may vary based on order date, location, and carrier performance.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its progress.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is provided automatically once your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information has not updated for 10 or more business days, please contact us at [support@yourstore.com]. We will open an investigation with the carrier to locate your package.
Orders that remain undelivered 30 days after shipment may qualify for a replacement or refund.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to correct it.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $15. (Subject to change)
Orders under that amount will include a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
